You know, if this happened in D.C. or New York, Dubya and his cronies would not have sat on their asses like they did with N.O. This is yet another reason why people like us (normal, decent people) come to hate their idiotic governments. It is completely heartbreaking to even think about those people and their plight. I can't imagine why they waited so long to help-but, then again, I can.
