The last episode of the 1st season of the "L Word"
Nothing like a soapy, sexy lesbian drama!
Overall, I find the show amusing. And the lesbians on it are far prettier than the ones I know in real life. They are all so trendy, chic and thin! Nary any nonshaved areas in site. And all are beautiful. Honestly, when I lived in Northampton, mecca for lesbian lovin and livin, the chicks were...how do I say...not gonna be on showtime.
But to the point:
The sex. Sure it can be hot. Come on people, its Jennifer Beals. But if that is a true portrayal of saphic mattress dancing it leaves me kinda cold. Maybe its my innate heterosexaulity, my fondness for peni or my general dislike for hands being immediately shoved into ones panties.
The above is not done by tv lesbians alone. No guys are quite fond of this manuever also, cold hands, scragglynails and all. Still, I am sure that the oral sex is fab...and in the second season the beloved couple Alice and Dana wander into the exciting world of strap-ons. That DVD should have some excellent bonus features. Awesome!

Dennis "Cat" Avner has decided to move to Washington state. There's not much demand in San Diego County for a computer and electronics technician with tattooed stripes on his face and fangs in his mouth. "I really don't care what people think, so I really don't pay much attention," he says. "I don't go places to have people attack me with cameras. I do whatever I have to do." Man finds that killing yourself isn't always that easy
A man whose body was pulled from a river had shot himself five times with a .22-caliber handgun before driving from his home to a bridge and fatally throwing himself into the waters below. "This is probably the most unusual suicide case I've ever seen in my career," says a cop. "It's a bizarre case; it really is." (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
